We are looking to recruit a well organised, conscientious and dynamic individual to join our Web Store team in Hemel Hempstead as Amazon Administrator.

Main duties will be to: Offer customer service by email and phone - Process returns and exchanges - Manage the listing process for new products, ensuring maximum amount of the range is showing and that items are displayed in the best possible way - Keep abreast of all changes to the channel and help devise new strategies to grow it - Keep management colleagues up to date on progress of the channel
