SOLE x HOKA x WTW: The Cotswolds

29.03.26

After months of grey skies and frozen mornings, our spring hike arrived at exactly the right moment. As the clocks moved forward and London lost an hour of sleep, we made our way to the Cotswolds to explore the open countryside for a different kind of community event.

In collaboration with HOKA and Walk This Way, we headed west for a slower pace and a welcome reset after a long winter indoors. The day began outside Treelogy Coffee near Paddington, where early risers gathered over coffee and pastries before boarding the morning train to Moreton-in-Marsh. Despite the lost hour, the turnout proved once again that community always shows up.

The journey into the Cotswolds felt like the official start of spring. Rolling hills replaced city streets, conversations flowed easily, and the countryside delivered exactly what everyone needed, fresh air, and space to switch off for a while.

It was a chance to take the new HOKA Stinson One7 lifestyle shoe for a gentle spin. Bringing together movement, culture, and community in a way that feels natural rather than forced.

What stood out most, though, was the atmosphere. Familiar faces mixed with first-timers, conversations stretched across winding footpaths, and the pace encouraged people to slow down and properly connect. Whether people came for the hiking, the scenery, or simply a break from the city, everyone left with something worthwhile.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave up an hour of sleep to join us, and to HOKA and WTW for helping make the day happen.
